This six-week series offers a practice that is both healing and transformative. Through grounding and centering techniques, woven with the fluid strength of yoga, youβll be guided to connect more deeply with yourself.
Each session invites breath to guide movement, while mindful alignment awakens awareness of both heart and body. Rooted in presence yet expansive in possibility, this class creates a supportive atmosphere where you can restore balance, settle deeply into yourself, and rediscover a felt sense of wholeness and well-being.

A 5-Class Restorative Series

This gentle morning series invites you to slow down and restore. Using props to fully support the body, each pose will be held 3β10 minutes, allowing time to soften deeply into relaxation. Some postures target the hips, while others offer opening through stillness and release. Each class also includes quiet breathwork, meditation, and optional Reiki. The full series provides a steady rhythm of renewal, while single-class drop-ins are welcome for those who prefer flexibility.

Mats and blankets are provided. Bolsters are available, although feel free to bring your own meditation cushion. A blanket can also be used. Please bring a water bottle.
