Harmony Sound Bath w/ Joni

Rejuvenate, relax, and reconnect during this deeply restorative one-hour sound bath experience.
Sound bath meditation is an immersive practice that uses therapeutic sound waves to promote deep relaxation, stress reduction, and inner balance. Harmony Sound Bath with Joni weaves together breathwork, vocal toning, crystal singing bowls tuned to 432 Hz, drums, chimes, and shakers—creating a rich landscape of healing frequencies that gently wash over you.
About Joni
Joni is a musician, music therapist, and teacher trained in the Sonic Being Method of sound healing. She travels the country in her Airstream, offering unique sound bath experiences that foster connection—with self, community, and the natural world.

A 5-Class Restorative Series

This gentle morning series invites you to slow down and restore. Using props to fully support the body, each pose will be held 3–10 minutes, allowing time to soften deeply into relaxation. Some postures target the hips, while others offer opening through stillness and release. Each class also includes quiet breathwork, meditation, and optional Reiki. The full series provides a steady rhythm of renewal, while single-class drop-ins are welcome for those who prefer flexibility.

Unwind and reset during this deeply nourishing candlelit practice designed to soothe your nervous system and restore balance to body and mind. Each retreat begins with gentle guided meditation and breathwork, followed by slow, supported movement, yin poses, and restorative postures.
You’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations of Crystal Singing Bowls, with Reiki energy work offered throughout. This practice is accessible and beneficial for all ages and bodies.
Bring a journal to capture reflections or insights that may arise. We’ll close our time together with tea, chocolate, and community connection.

Come exactly as you are. Through guided practice, shared laughter, nourishing food, and meaningful connection, you’ll feel grounded, supported, and renewed as we step into the warmer months.
